
YOGA.
Emily Parzybok has taught yoga since 2012. Since then, she has completed over 1,000 hours of trainings in hatha, vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. Her primary teacher is Sarah Powers. She has also studied with Tias Little, Paul Grilley, Darren Main, Kathryn Budig, and others.
During the covid-19 pandemic, Emily co-founded the New School Collective, a community of yoga teachers that offered virtual yoga during the pandemic.
Emily has taught at a number of studios in Boulder and Seattle. She currently teaches online through Columbia City Yoga. She is also available for private instruction via zoom.

Saturday 4:00-5:15PM Flow & Restore @ Columbia City Yoga
